Important

Bridge Teachers is a volunteer pre-screening portal that helps the school find candidates. We are not lawyers and we do not issue visas. A J-1 sponsor designated by the U.S. Department of State decides on visa eligibility. The school decides on hiring. Teacher exchanges usually last up to three years and may be extended by one or two years.
